General Guidelines

✨ Easy Returns/Exchanges available on all domestic orders.
✨ Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product by submitting a return/exchange request
✨ All valid refunds will be issued in the form of store credits only.
✨ An order will be eligible for return/size exchange only once.
✨ Product must be returned in its original, unworn, unwashed, unused, and undamaged condition.
✨ A complete 360° video of parcel opening is required to claim any return.(Without any cut or pause).

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Orders

✨ Customized orders
✨ International orders
✨ Orders purchased during sale/discount/flash sale
✨ Orders placed using store credits.
✨ Orders placed using store credits from previous returns

Color & Minor Damages

✨ A 10–12% color variation may occur due to screen resolution differences. Returns will not be accepted on this basis.
✨ Minor issues such as loose tassels or threads during transit are not covered under this policy.

Exchange Policy

✨ Exchange is available only for size issues of the same product.
